Vladimíra is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Miralip International. She graduated in Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague.
She has extensive experience in assisting corporations and family and privately owned businesses with interests in the Czech market. She has been responsible for the setup of numerous legal structures in the country.
Vladimíra’s ultimate strength lies in close professional relationships with clients, the local authorities and third party service providers - notaries, accountants, banks, attorneys, tax advisors, etc. In 2014 she founded the Czech-Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Hague to promote and expand Czech business and cultural activities within the international community in the Netherlands.

Bibiána joined Miralip International as a partner when it expanded operations into the small, but vibrant Slovak market. She has a Master’s of Business Administration degree from European University in Barcelona, Spain.
She is the Founding Executive of Businesscure, a boutique consulting firm, providing custom solutions for small and medium sized enterprises on operations, management and sales processes. She formerly worked in media management and before that as a journalist for the dailies Mladá Fronta Dnes and Hospodářské Noviny – the leading Czech business newspaper. In addition to this she was involved in non-profit sector as a Chairwoman of the Board and Director of the The Prague Post Endowment Fund. Later, she worked in e-commerce on business development, market entry and the implementation of an e-shop for the Slovak market.
For Miralip, Bibiána works with international clients, with a specialty in newcomers to the Slovak market.
